Food Protection Manager Class & ServSafe® Exams

Most states have food safety laws that require each individual food service establishment to have at least one employee who is certified as a Food Protection Manager. offers Live and Online Training with a fully on-line testing experience providing immediate results. Food Protection Manager class offers a one-day session where we review the key terms and concepts from our current Food Protection Manager Curriculum in a classroom format.

We offer private classes as well as scheduled classes. The accredited exam will be administered at the end of the review session and is a 90 questions multiple-choice exam.

Examinees need to score 75 percent or higher for ServSafe® to pass the exam. Certification must be renewed every five years. To register for a class follow this link to our class calendar
