As Foodhandlers it's our job to make sure we deliver safe, wholesome meals to our customers. At SafeFoodTest.com we know how hard that can be and hope that this training and assessment will give you the tools to help you to do that better

Description

A food handler card shall be issued only upon successful completion of an approved food handler training course and assessment that meets the following requirements:

  1. The course and assessment is designed to be completed within approximately two and one-half hours.
  2. The assessment consists of at least 40 questions regarding the required subject matter.
  3. A minimum score of 70 percent on the assessment is required to successfully complete the assessment.
  4. The food handler training course and assessment may be offered through self-training and assessment. For purposes of this section, “self-training and assessment” means a process where the individual trains, and takes an assessment, without the presence or intervention of a trainer or instructor, and includes, but is not limited to, training and assessment through the use of a computer program or the Internet.

Our online course will provide you with the most current and up to date information with regard to food safety. Upon completion you will have a better understanding of what you are up against and how you can deliver safe food to your customers regardless of your skill level.

This Food Handler Presentation and Assessment is suitable for individual food handlers or for non-profit and corporate food service and food delivery operations. Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more Food Handlers. Please call 562-292-0555.
